NIKON RELEASES TWO HIGHLY ANTICIPATED WIDE ANGLE NIKKOR LENSES DESTINED TO BECOME PHOTOGRAPHER FAVORITES
"The Ultra-Wide 16-35mm f/4 VR and Ultra-Fast 24mm f/1.4 Lenses Provide Photographers With New Perspectives and Creative Versatility"

Fast, Wide, and Handsome by Bob Krist
"Well, I can finally talk about those two lenses, the 24mm f/1.4 and 16-35mm f/4 VR, I was shooting for Nikon’s Japanese ad agency back in Miami a while ago."

70-200mm f2.8G AF-S VR II review by Peter K. Burian for Photocrati
"Anyone who still doubts that a zoom can match an excellent single-focal length lens should become a convert after trying this one. In terms of sharpness, resolution of intricate details, snappy contrast, freedom from flare and from color fringing, it is definitely an outstanding performer."

Quick thoughts: TC-20E III by Jason Odell
"Not surprisingly, the TC-20E III does its best work on the best (read: expensive) glass.  Autofocus still operates at effective apertures of f/8, but I wouldn't count on it in dim light or in situations where fast subject tracking is required (Nikon claims that AF is not supported at effective apertures smaller than f/5.6)."
D3S review at LetsGoDigital
"I even dare to say that this is the best digital SLR camera at this moment. In any case, the best that Nikon has ever built."
85mm f1.4D AF review by Fredrik Rasmussen
"The 85mm f/1.4D IF was shown off with the release of the Nikon D3 camera, quite understandable as both the lens and camera really rocks. The Nikon AF Nikkor 85mm f/1.4 outperforms the manual focus version without a doubt."
Solmeta N2 GPS for Nikon DSLR’s review by Terry White
"The Solmeta is a good choice, however I would have to caution everyone to be careful with how you attach it and transport it, otherwise you could end up with a broken one just like I did."
Organizing and Simplifying Through Stacking in Bridge and Lightroom by EarthboundLight
"If you're anything like me, you're probably accumulating more and more image files. Thankfully, Adobe keeps adding features to their software to make our lives easier. One such feature that both Bridge and Lightroom share is the ability to collect similar images into stacks based on when they were taken, what camera settings were in effect, and even how similar their content is."

D3S review at PhotographyBLOG
"So, is the Nikon D3S the world's best digital camera then? Well, statements like that are always controversial to say the least, but for most intents and purposes; yes, it is."

Some Thoughts on Localized Adjustments During Raw Conversion by EarthboundLight
"There once was a time when all adjustments made during raw image conversion were global, affecting the entire image equally. Nikon's Capture NX was one of the first raw converters to introduce localized adjustments back in 2006. Since then, Adobe Lightroom and Camera Raw (ACR), DxO Optic Pro and others have followed suit in varying degrees. But if Photoshop can do all this too, why should you care?"
